An appeal has been launched to raise money to pay for the medical expenses of Daniel Bush, an accident victim who was unable to claim on his accident insurance cover

Beverley Hills, CA – The sufferer of a serious climbing accident has launched an appeal to try and raise funds for vital medical treatment and expenses after being knocked back by his accident and sickness insurance provider. Daniel Bush needs to raise a total of $15,000 to cover the expenses and is relying on the good will of others to try and raise the money by launching his appeal.

There are two months remaining for those who wish to contribute to do so, and Daniel ash expressed his gratitude to all those who have already contributed to the fund. Daniel, who is 27 years of age, suffered the climbing accident in April 2013 when his mountain climbing expedition turned into a nightmare. After a fall while he was climbing he injured his foot badly and a helicopter rescue had to be arranged to take him to hospital.

Daniel has now put a video of the incident online enabling those who are considering contributing to the fund to see exactly what happened and what he went through following the accident. He has been on treatment for many months and due to having to go to specialists the medical costs have mounted up. The funding is to cover the medical costs, physio, and MRIs that he has had to go through and continues to require as part of his recovery process.

Luckily I survived but the medical costs have been financially crippling, as my accident and sickness insurance knocked me back so I have been effectively bankrupt by my insurance company. I needed to think about how to raise money to continue my treatment and I'm grateful for any amount, no matter how big or small, that people can contribute. I only hope that people find it in their hearts to help me with my recovery by providing financial aid so that I can continue with treatment."
