On Thursday, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Atilus as the company unveiled its new logo and brand. Founded in 2005, by Zach Katkin and Harry Casimir, Atilus is a full-service web development and Internet marketing firm. In spring of 2012, the company began reassessing its marketing plan and hired certified Guerilla Marketing Trainer Philip Stalnaker, MA, as its Director of Marketing. “Profit Redesigned” has been relaunched by the team as a new message and a new brand.
The Chamber of Commerce Facebook page has posted photos of the event. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marks a turning point in the history of the company. In a news release, President and CEO Zach Katkin said, “We had a phenomenal, fun-filled evening. I want to say thank you to our friends and clients that came and a special thank you to Kristen Bachmeier and Phil Stalnaker, who were directly responsible at Atilus for coordinating the event.” Our efforts will soon be oriented around our new marketing message as well as our branding.
Atilus has served clients nationwide and developed more than 600 websites. In the news release Katkin said, “This was just the first step in our plan to reinvest in this community. We’ve been successful on a nationwide basis, but are concentrating on our roots by targeting our efforts in southwest Florida and investing in local business and infrastructure. Step one was our new message, logo, and colors – but we’ll soon be releasing Atilus’ first software product.”
