The Association of Timeshare Recyclers Offers Win-Win Solutions through HOA Outreach Program

The Association of Timeshare Recyclers (ATR), a non-profit corporation established to help rebuild the financial stability of the timeshare industry, has initiated an outreach program for Home Owners Associations (HOA’s) to address issues between legacy resorts and its owners.

The HOA Outreach Program has been designed to help bridge the gap between Legacy Resorts and Legacy Owners. By opening clear lines of communication at these aging properties, the ATR hopes to eliminate any disconnect between the resort and its members, while working towards various solutions to create a win-win scenario for everyone involved.
