With more than 18 years of experience in real estate, Taylor has worked in various property management and HOA capacities throughout the Southeast and Colorado. Taylor began her career in the multi-family industry with State Street Properties in 1995, and successfully worked her way up to Director of Property Management with Cape Fear Commercial by 2003, where she remained for eight years, managing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial property. She spent the last few years working in Boulder, Colorado, and Charlotte, North Carolina, responsible for marketing new developments, financial analysis, and public relations.
In her new position, she will be working exclusively in the Wilmington market, where her portfolio will encompass around a dozen communities, spanning 1,500 homes. Much of her time will be spent screening, hiring, and training new talent for the Kuester management team.
“One of my short-term goals is to take practical steps toward improving communication with existing homeowners and board members,” she explains. “There is always more that can be done to facilitate more constructive communication. Additionally, I hope to expand our portfolio in the months and years to come.”
