Ontario, CA--July 25, 2014-- Brenda Small is Founder and CEO of Powered with Potential LLC (PWP), a Washington, DC based Coaching-Consultation-Mentorship service for aspiring female career professionals and entrepreneurs to transition from places of traditional employment.  PWP helps women awaken personal potential by turning life’s obstacles into opportunities.  The focus is on lifelong learning, personal development, growth and transformation to maximize potential and possibilities to excel.  Small defies the odds for success by her achievement as a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree, when she was a single-working parent.  The Dean of the Undergraduate School bet that she would not make it as a full-time evening student in the undergraduate Education program.  Brenda Small knows what it takes to turn odds in her favor and wants to share that know-how with other aspiring women.
