Based on Dreamweaver's 2013 inbound marketing report, traditional marketing models are increasing less efficient, and many entrepreneurs are choosing new inbound marketing methods.
Roughly 60 % of entrepreneurs have previously incorporated inbound marketing methods. Inbound marketing involves creating and discussing online content. Popular inbound marketing tools include blogs, social networking, search engine optimization key phrases and websites.
"Inbound marketing is no more a handy add-on or experimental position for companies. It's a needed method business in present day more consumer-focused world," stated Athanassios Davalas, CEO of Dreamweaver.
Based on the survey, social networking now provides 14 % of leads and 13 percent of clients. In comparison, only 6 % of leads can come from traditional advertising and pay-per-click advertising.
Roughly 62 percent of entrepreneurs released a blog in 2013, and 43 percent of companies have developed clients through blogging. The survey found that the most successful blogs were those that were the most active.
More than 80 % of entrepreneurs who blogged every day acquired clients through blogging, in comparison towards the 57 percent of entrepreneurs who only blogged from month to month. Entrepreneurs who authored a lot more than 15 blogs monthly saw typically 1,200 new leads every month.
Additionally to offering clients and prospective leads, social networking engagement also increases web site traffic. Based on Dreamweaver's customer data, clients using more than 1,000 Facebook likes also produced a lot more than 1,400 daily website visits.
